Lodirile Consulting (Pty) Ltd collaborates with competent specialists who meet our requirements, in terms of knowledge, skills, experience and values to deliver on the work of the clients.

As the Founder and CEO, I have more than 20 years' extensive experience providing Financial Wellness Service and Human Resources Management (HRM) service, experience which stems from working for Sasol were I fulfilled various positions in HR, leading the HR function and providing HR services (i.e. recruitment, performance management, talent management, organisational design, employee wellness, learning and development, budgeting, etc) throughout the value chain. I was part of the Executive Committee and represented HR in New Business Development projects, throughout the phases of the projects, (i.e. from idea generation) ensuring that HR activities were covered and signed off before Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) or Secondment Agreements were signed with potential partners as well as developing staffing plans, mobilisation plans and ram-up plans to support the projects.

I also lead HR function before the Catalyst plant was built in Sasolburg, ensuring that all HR activities were implemented during pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation of the plant. Furthermore, I worked for SAIYL an Engineering and Construction SMME, as HR Director and Board member, where I lead the HR function and provided HR services throughout the value chain to enable and support business growth. I coordinated, facilitated and lead meetings to open an entity as well as setting up an office outside South Africa for possible business expansion opportunities.

In addition, I have more than 15 years' experience providing Financial Wellness Services and over the years have witnessed many people's lives transform for the better upon gaining knowledge and skills to manage their finances. I also have more than 5 years experience leading and running an Non Profit Organosation (NPO), i.e. our Community Scheme.

As the Founder and CEO, I have a BA degree, BA Honours, Clinical Psychology degree and BA Honours, Industrial Psychology degree. I am also a qualified Psychometrist.
