Talent Review Meetings

Assist the clients:

  • with facilitation of talent review meetings where company leaders discuss employee performance and how employee fit into future positions.
  • to determine during the meeting, which positions are key, meaning operations would stop if someone doesn't fill the position immediately.
  • to consider during the meeting if current talent can fill the positions.
  • to consider during the meeting, the company's future growth and discover new positions that need to be filled to advance future business improvement.
