Lodirile Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a 100% Black Woman-owned company based in Midrand, Johannesburg, Gauteng Province. The company was formed and registered in 2015 by the Founder and CEO, Mpho Maud Raseroka to provide Financial Wellness Services, coaching and equipping employees with knowledge and skills to debottleneck their debts, generate financial savings and be able to buy the goods they need and pay for services they need, in turn contributing to cross sector growth and the country’s economic growth. Over the years, the company has diversified the services offered to clients and included Human Resources Management Services. The services are adaptable to enable clients to achieve their desired goals.
Lodirile is a Tswana name, meaning " You have done it" in a plural form. Transitioning from the current state to the future state that clients desire can be challenging. The name Lodirile is a form of feedback and encouragement to clients (i.e. employees, consumers or businesses) for them to know, that through our services, they have done it and achieved their desired goals when they seemed to be discouraged or doubt that they can achieve those goals.
